Stanley Chia is the Founder and CEO of The Infinity Lab. He started the company to prepare students for a world built alongside AI, by pairing them with an AI coach that guides rather than answers as they solve real-world problems.

Stanley is an experienced serial entrepreneur who has co-founded three other education and education technology companies over more than a decade. In his previous capacities, he has helped build education businesses that impact 600,000+ students and educators across more than 105 countries.

Mark leads product and technology at The Infinity Lab, from the learning platform and its AI coach to the safeguards that schools rely on. He also runs AI training courses for adults in Singapore and works with organisations to build and optimise with AI.

Mark Tan is the Chief Product Officer of The Infinity Lab. He leads the product and technology behind the platform: the learning experience, the AI coach that guides rather than answers, and the safety systems and school controls that keep every session visible to staff.

Alongside The Infinity Lab, Mark runs AI training courses for adults in Singapore and works with organisations to build and optimise with AI. That work keeps him close to how people actually learn to use AI, and it shapes how The Infinity Lab teaches students to direct it, question it and add their own thinking to what it produces.
