Introducing The Infinity Lab

Hello, and welcome to The Infinity Lab.

I'm Stanley Chia, and I started this company because I believe curiosity is the one input with no ceiling. Everything we are building begins there.

Why we exist

AI is changing work faster than schools can adapt. The real risk isn't that AI replaces people. It's that people who don't learn to work with AI get left behind.

Schools still measure what students know. The world now rewards what they can do with it. AI can produce an answer to almost anything in seconds, so what matters is whether a student can ask a good question, point a powerful tool at a real problem, judge what comes back, and add something distinctly human to the result. Many consumer AI tools hand students the answer, and the thinking stops.

What we are building

We want to prepare students for a world built alongside AI. That means holding three things together: genuine AI fluency, stronger human capacities such as empathy, communication, critical thinking and ethical judgement, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The Infinity Lab is a digital AI lab where students learn by doing. They move through a simple loop: Learn, Challenge, Share. They build understanding in short, interactive courses and apply it to real-world projects. Sharing their work, including the attempts that didn't work, is coming in the pilot.

At the centre is an AI coach. It is designed to guide a student through a task instead of completing it for them: it asks the next good question and is designed to leave the thinking to the student. It is also designed to run in an environment the school manages, with guardrails and visibility for staff.

Who it is for

We are building this for students, and for the schools that want to bring AI into learning without letting it do the learning. We are welcoming Founding Partner Schools now. If that sounds like your school, you can register your interest.

Our mission is to make this kind of education scalable and accessible to 100 million students worldwide. We are a for-profit, mission-driven company, because a sustainable business is what lets a mission grow. One commitment holds as we scale: access to this education should not depend on which school a student attends or what their family can pay.

I have spent more than a decade building and scaling international education businesses, and I co-founded Cialfo. The Infinity Lab is my attempt to give students a place to turn curiosity into real-world skills.
